Mango Chutney

This chutney omits the fresh mint and adds Thai chilis to bring the heat up a bit. Goes well with grilled fish or chicken.

Ingredients:
2 diced ripe mango
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped cucumber
1 small Vadalia onion, chopped
1 diced jalapeno pepper
2 diced Thai chilis
1/2 tsp kosher salt
chopped fresh basil to taste
juice of 1 lime

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Bring to room temperature and serve.
