Bossam Sauce

A flavorful sauce that adds authentic Asian taste to any meat.


  • 2 tablespoons white Miso paste (shiro miso) or Korean soybean paste (dwengjang)
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger


  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Serve as a condiment with Korean pork belly or any other Asian meat dish.
