ingredients
- 1 white daikon radish, julienned into long strips
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1 1/2 T rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients except radish and scallions into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the radish and scallions and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
